Teckwik Refund Policy

 

  1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be considered only for students who meet the following criteria:

  • The student has purchased the training course or program directly from Teckwik.
  • The refund request is made within 7 days from the date of start of the training/program
  • The student has not completed more than 25% of the training course or program 

 

2. How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at info@teckwik.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a reason for your refund request.

    1. Refund Processing Time:

    Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a valid refund request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

    1. Refund Amount:

    The refund amount will be calculated based on the following:
    If the request is made within the specified refund period, a full refund of the course fee will be issued.
    If the request is made after the specified refund period or if the student has completed more than the allowed percentage of the course, no refund will be provided.

    1. Non-Refundable Items:

    The following items are non-refundable:
    Any associated course materials or textbooks that have been provided to the customer.
    Fees for any third-party services or platforms used in conjunction with the training course.

    1. Cancellation by Teckwik:

    In the rare event that Teckwik cancels a training course or program, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund of their course fees.

    1. Changes to Training Dates or Content:

    Teckwik reserves the right to make changes to training dates, times, or content. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund if they are unable or unwilling to participate in the updated course.
